Welcome back! Summer Music at Grace opens its doors Friday, May 25, 2012 with the 10th Annual Farewell Reunion. Thanks to Mark Sustic for organizing this annual event bringing talented performers from around Vermont together for an evening of fine music and friendship. This year, performers include:
Bread and Bones, Gary and Roland Clark, Patti Casey, Hannah Beth Crary, Tim Cummings, Bill Drislane, William Ellis, Deb Flanders, Franklin Heyburn, Tom Hodgson, Tim Jennings, Latimer and Dave Hoke, Carol Ann Jones, Longford Row, Ken MacKenzie, Tom MacKenzie, Jim McGuinness, Clare Doyle, John Murray, Missisquoi River Band, Will Patton, and Dono Schabner, hosted by Mark.
The event kicks off at 6 p.m. with a barbeque provided by Rick Helias (donations appreciated for the BBQ) with a potluck salad and dessert. We move inside at 7 p.m., where the music continues until who knows when! The $15 suggested donation at the door benefits the Tom Sustic Scholarship Fund, and your support of the artists with the purchase of a CD is greatly appreciated.
Hope to see you on the 25th! The rest of our schedule follows:
Friday, June 29: The Michele Fay Band performs at 7:30 p.m., and will feature music from their new CD, Endless Sky.
Friday, August 10: PossumHaw returns for its second performance with SMAG. We really enjoyed their fall 201o concert!
Friday, September 7: Chasing 440 returns–Sheldon’s own Arnold Royea brings back this popular band; should be lots of fun!
Stay tuned for updates and call 326-4603/email beth @ daybell.net if you have questions.
